Sterling Silver Smiley Face Pendant Necklace - Small
The process of making these is quite long but worth it.
I design the smiley face first of all in wax using tools to carve out the design. I then use a process called sand casting where the impression of your wax into the sand and then pour molten silver into the cast to replicate the wax piece. The process itself is very satisying but can also be a little frustrating as not every cast is perfect. When that happens you can melt the silver again and have another go.
This smiley face size is approximately 11mm in diameter.

As these are hand made no 2 will be the same. They all have their own individual character :-)
